REGISTER - PAY - CREDIT  POLICY

Team Acceptance: Head Coach, Manager or Team Leaders’ are required to follow a three step process that ensures registration, insurance coverage, Roster acceptance to compete in a Champions Event. Champions Events Tournaments current season; 2023-24.

Registrations are deemed closed 30 Days in advance of the posted Start Date. Only teams on a wait list will be accepted into the tournament after stated date.

ACCOUNT SETUP*

 Create a Team or Organization Account using our Official Registration Partner: Exposure Events. Click onto the Registration buttons on a desired tournament at our website and complete the Account Creation process. Once your Coaches account is set up, login and begin the Registration process.

REGISTERED**

You are now ready to Register for Champions Events tournaments. When registering you will be billed the posted tournament fee. Each tournament registration requires a $200-$400 deposit to be paid at the time of registration or within 10 days if paying by check. The deposit is deducted from the tournament fee. Balances are due 60 days in advance of the tournament start date. Please Note: Waitlist teams accepted day 59 prior to tournament start date. Credit/Debit card can be used with your Exposure Events Account.

Pay by check. Make payable to; Champions Events LLC, note tournament(s), team and mail to: Champions Events, 6181 Thompson Rd, #700, Syracuse NY 13206. 

Sanction Fee: If your selected tournament(s) is deemed sanctioned, you will be required to pay a Sanction Fee, direct to the sanctioning body (USA Softball - USSSA). Accepted teams will be asked for association paperwork. 

Insurance- Champions Events provides secondary Insurance as part of the Team Entry Fee. Players-Coaches-Fans–Hosts are added to our insurance policy prior to each event.

Please Note: 3.50% Credit/Debit Card fee charged with payment by credit / debit cards, collected at time of payment.

ACCEPTED***

Tournament Fee balance is due within 60 days of tournament start date. We highly suggest paying the WHOLE amount upfront to confirm acceptance. Waitlisted teams accepted on day 59 prior to the tournament announced start date.

First received full payments and *Rosters are deemed ACCEPTED and are admitted first into a Champions Events tournament.

 Rosters: Teams must remit the Team Roster (Coaches; ALL contact information including Email Address and phone number. Player Information to include: Full Name, Address, Parent/Guardian Email and phone number...NO EXCEPTIONS. Use the online Roster form inside your Exposure Events Coaches account that was used to Register for Champions Events Tournament(s). Added Players can be addressed at Tournament Check In-1 Hour Prior to 1st game.

Team Balances are subject to a $50 late fee if the balance is open inside the sixty-day window.

FIVE GAME TOURNAMENTS

Play 0 games - 100% credit (no refund) | Play 1 game - $300 credit (no refund) Play 2 games - $200 credit (no refund) Play 3 or more games - $0 credit

FOUR GAME TOURNAMENTS

Play 0 games - 100% credit (no refund) | Play 1 game - $200 credit (no refund) | Play 2 games - $100 credit (no refund) | Play 3 games - $0 credit

THREE GAME TOURNAMENTS

Play 0 games - 100% credit (no refund) | Play 1 game - $100 credit (no refund) | Play 2 games - 0% credit (no refund)

TEAMS NOT CHECKED IN.

Champions Events May Postpone / Move / or offer a Alternative Tournament – Teams receive a full Tournament Credit

Teams receiving a Credit must use the credit in the *same tournament year and in the same type of Champions Events Tournament.

 

*Exception to Same Tournament Year Credit(s): Health and Safety Conditions as monitored and guided in accordance with New York State Dept of Health   with final determination to be rendered by Champions Events LLC Ownership to allow team(s) to use payment credit in the following season.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Teams Registerd who cancel after 10 Day period acknowledge the deposit is due and payable. Deposit and full payments are entitled to a Credit only.

DISQUALIFIED - REFUNDS

Coaches, players, spectators (families) who are disqualified are not entitled to a refund or credit.
