Fall Events are the forthcoming age cut off. This means that all players most likely age up.

The Player AGE is determined on September 1 of the current year for the following year.

Players ages are determined on the preceeding year (September 1) and run thru July 31 of the participation year in question.

CHAMPIONS EVENTS presents over one hundred (100) age group tournaments per year with Host organizations that may require sanctioning for Insurance or Post tournament championship qualification. Therefore Champions Events has adopted the following BAT RULES for all Baseball

and Softball tournaments . Please e-mail us with any questions.

 CHAMPIONS EVENTS is proud to announce our affiliation with USA Baseball's Pitch Smart program.  It is the goal of USA Baseball and Champions Events Baseball   is to provide safe pitching practices that will reduce the risk of arm injuries in young baseball players.

TEAM MANAGER - GENERAL TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

CHAMPIONS PREMIER TOURNAMENTS – Team Information

We look forward to welcoming your team at a Champions Tournament. Our goal is to create a truly memorable experience for your team.

Please read this entire block of information as we have compiled a list of important reminders to assist in your preparation for your event.

If you have chosen to use our payment plan your account will be automatically billed 45 days in advance of your selected tournament. 

  • Complete Rosters are due 30 Days prior to your event.

Roster (name, email, DOB, and jersey # must be entered for each player).

Fall Events are September 1st age cut off. This means all teams need to be in the upcoming years age bracket.

Team Insurance Certificate is due 30 Days prior to your event.

  • Champions requires that teams provide Insurance and add Champiojs Events LLC as an additional insured prior to participating in a tournament.

Birth documentation must be available on site at all times.

Schedule (will be posted approximately 3-5 days prior to the tournament) Nationals: 10 days prior to tournament.

  • NO TOBACCO OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ONSITE AT A CHAMPIONS EVENTS TOURNAMENT.

  • Teams are allowed ONE Cooler, NO FAN COOLERS ALLOWED, NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT INTO LEGENDS FIELDS.

  • Concessions will be located at the Courtyard and are open 30 minutes prior to 1st game and close after the start of last scheduled game.

  • All fields are off-limits except for scheduled games.

  • Foul balls need to be returned to the playing field by Team that is batting.

  • Parents are allowed to bring portable chairs and pop-up tents with them to the complex.

  • Pets are permitted at Legends Fields, please pick up after your pet to ensure the welcome.

  • Teams are expected to remove ALL trash from the dugout after each game.

  • Please remind your parents, players, and fans to pick up all of their trash around the field after each game.

  • Pre game warm-up / play catch in the outfield only (not on the foul territory near your bench).

  • Pitchers may warm-up on the side away from dugout, warning track or in the bullpens before and during the game.

  • Fungos allowed on outfield game fields.

  • Do not hit any balls into the fencing or walls.
